We loved this hotel for its pristine cleanliness, charming hotel facilities, ample parking space, and convenient location near the airport. The attached restaurant offered delicious breakfast, and the staff was incredibly accommodating during our stay. Finding this hotel was a bit of an adventure on an old highway of this city, but it was definitely worth the trip.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, especially for those who are looking for a place close to the airport. The staff at this hotel is great, providing a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. We especially liked that even with bright sunshine outside, the rooms remained cool and pleasant.

Had a great Christmas break at this hotel. The pool area and gardens were beautiful and the perfect place to unwind. Loved the fact that we could rent a car to explore the surrounding area and beaches. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The highlight of our stay was the fabulous dinner at the hotel restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced.

We found the hotel to be quite isolated and far from any populated areas, so having a car was essential. Another downside was the noisy building work going on next door, which was quite distracting at times.

Nothing is perfect.

Best bang for your buck! The gardens were beautiful and well maintained, ideal for our romantic escape. We loved the serene atmosphere and the chirping of the birds around the vines. The location is perfect for anyone who wants a quiet vacation away from the busy city. It's also just 30 minutes from Punta Cana, which allowed us to explore a little. The garden restaurant had a great ambience that made us feel relaxed and at peace. We enjoyed the lovely cheese toastie, although it came with ham too.

During our stay, there was a minor issue with the hair dryer in our suite. However, it did not affect our overall experience at Caserma. The hotel staff was quick to address the issue and ensure our comfort. The spacious room and excellent dinner at the attached restaurant were highlights of our stay. Additionally, the option to rent a car at the hotel made exploring the surrounding area much easier. I had a pleasant stay at Caserma and would recommend it to others.
